Business expenses

Give work purchases their own place.

Work purchases can get mixed into daily spending. CHEK’s business tools help you organise those records and continue using the data in your own workflow.

CHEK is preparing for public release on Android.

Mark purchases that belong to work

Tag the relevant purchases as business expenses so they are easier to review separately. A useful record begins with the correct date, total and purchase context. Check recognised receipt details before relying on the information in your business records.

Return to business receipts

Use the business centre to review the relevant receipts and spending figures. Keep the original documentation required by your organisation or adviser. CHEK helps organise purchase information; a tag in the app does not establish that an expense is tax-deductible.

Treat forecasts as estimates

Forecasts provide context based on recorded data, not a promise of future spending or cash flow. Missing purchases and changing circumstances can affect the picture. Compare estimates with the actual obligations and plans for your business.

Continue working in a spreadsheet

CSV export gives you a way to review data outside the app. Check the records, categories and totals before using them in another system. CHEK is not presented as a replacement for accounting software, official financial reporting or professional advice.

App and feature availability can vary by country, version and data source. Price search does not guarantee coverage of every retailer. Check Google Play for installation availability after launch.
